I just wanted to let you know that order JS50024 (SL228 for Chrys W.) was delivered last week and Chrys is very happy with it.  This was a very custom order, using special sizes and a customer-provided upholstery fabric, and everything worked out perfectly.  Several things had to be changed and/or fixed as it was produced, so a lot of work went into making this sofa.  She sent me an email complimenting us on the quality of the sofa and how happy she is with the value. 
 
Everybody at the factory did a great job with this order, and I wanted to say:  THANK YOU!  Keep up the great work!

Hi Tricia, My furniture was delivered on Monday, September 25, and it is absolutely beautiful.  The craftsmanship is par excellent and the color is just what I wanted.  It was well worth the wait.

    I received my sofas... I LOVE IT.......... As you know, I was frustrated because it didn't get here on time for my ThanksGiving Dinner but as soon as I saw they assembled it up, all my frustration went away.... SHANGRILA done a great job.... The sofas look so beautiful & elegance in my living room..... I can't wait to show them off.  Although the additional middle leg show a bit but that is fine because the sofas are absolutely gorgeous.  The purple leather turned out great & blended well w/ my rug...I was afraid it might be too retro :-)))       Again, thank you.      Dana,  Maryland, USA

tubes is fine. The leather quality is good, as well as the

I just wanted to let you know that the sofa arrived yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL. After living with small couches for years, I did not expect it to be so big and comfy, but was pleasantly surprised that it was! I hardly wanted to leave for work this morning - I just wanted to lay in the pillows with my feet up on the ottoman all day. Thank you so much for allowing me to purchase it at the lower price. I'm so glad I was able to take you up on the offer.

The delivery company was on time, the arrangement company was courteous and prompt, but the shipping company was late and it caused me a delay. Still, I have my furniture and it looks good and is fairly comfortable which is often a gamble when ordering over the internet.   best  George
