2. It is the customers responsibility to fully inspect all items when they arrive, before, the delivery man or freight company leaves. Once you sign the paper of acceptance where it says everything is in good shape and not damaged you lose your rights to insurance through the carrier. If the product is damaged then the manufacturer will typically work with us to remedy the situation, but, you need to make sure you don't sign off on anything that is damaged when it arrives. If they don't want to wait for you to check it out then tell them to "Deal With It" until you have :)
