Our Guarantee:

We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all of our Pure Rest Organic and Bean Products as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Items must be unused, uncleaned, in resale condition in their original packages.

2. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. There is a 30% restocking fee on all products, plus you must pay all return shipment fees. This means absolutely no buyers remorse unless the product ship does not meet the manufacturers description.

Because all of our sofa sets are custom made to order, we do not allow them to be returned except in extraordinary circumstances. If there is any damage in shipping or negligence in manufacturing (which has never occured) we will do what it takes to make it right for you. In over 3000 clients worked with, we have a satisfaction rate of 99.8%! We strive for 100% and realize that you are making a big purchase decision with our products. We will and do take care of our clients.

It will take between 8 and 11 weeks, typically, for your custom furniture to arrive to your location in the United States. Usually it takes about 10 weeks but we are adding 2 more weeks cushion just to be safe incase there are any problems in production.

When your furniture set arrives, please make sure that you inspect it completely WHILE THE MOVERS ARE STILL THERE. We need you to do this because if there is any damage it occurs when it is in the movers possession. We are extremely careful with it from the factory, over the seas, and into the truck. But, when the delivery company gets it in their truck we don't have control over it. If you find any damage that you need our assistance with, contact us. We will work with the parties involved and take care of the problem professionally so that you are satisfied and all involved are satisfied.

This isn't just a business to us, where it is all about the bottom line. This is an extension of who we are and we take that very seriously.

ALL OTHER MANUFACTURERS PRODUCTS

Due to the unfortunate happenings that occur when money gets short, I have the following policies for all other items on my site.

1. No buyers remorse!

If you want to return an item then you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs to you (even if the item was free shipping) and from you back to the originating shipper's location. On top of that, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee based on the TOTAL PRICE of your purchase. We have to do this to protect ourselves from now on due to the economy and how people tend to act at times like this. To date we have had no returns on any products prior to enlisting this policy, though, and that is great!!! :)

2. Please contact me for a checklist of things to do when your shipment arrives. You and I both need to check the product our BEFORE the driver leaves and BEFORE you sign anything. If you find damage and signed, and the driver is gone. Then, you just shot yourself in the foot because they are covered even if they damaged the item in shipment. Once you sign on the dotted line with the delivery guy you are telling them legally, that everything is great and you turn over your power to get things fixed if there is a problem. You need to note every single thing on the BOL when you sign so that we can get it all fixed for you and charge THEIR insurance for it.

WARRANTIES

All of our manufacturers have different warranties on their products. If you would like warranty information, please contact us and we will get it for you.

If you see a lower price on any of our products or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through this form, we will beat lower prices if they do not violate the manufacturers pricing policy. If we didn't follow their rules we would lose our account. Modloft products are not allowed to be discounted, if you see a lower price they are violating their contract with modloft.
